Danielle Wins 1st Open

After a disruptive time last year due to illness, Danielle started 2010 with her first open competition away from home at Coventry.

It started shaky with a very long journey down the motorway (2 3/4 hours) stuck in traffic so arriving just 25 minutes before she was due to skate (1st in her group just to add a little more pressure).

But what a star she came out shining and skated well, that well she wowed the judges and won convincingly.
